Our founder, who has significant experience in contracting projects, has served as a site manager in the construction of numerous schools, residences, sewage systems, and roads; as technical implementation supervisor for the MNG Holding Bodrum Resort Hotel project; and as project manager for the Ankara Hospital Emergency Unit and Kemer Meder Resort Hotel constructions.

Oden Yapı started its contracting journey with the Amasya Merzifon Courthouse project and has successfully delivered numerous projects such as courthouses, sports complexes and lodgings, airport technical buildings and control towers, five-star thermal hotels, mass housing, prisons, and schools—becoming a strong, principled, and established contracting company with a forward-looking vision.
